Sommer's Mobile Leasing's mobile and modular buildings
are constructed by Manufactured Structures Corporation (MSC), the
first commercial modular plant in the United States to receive ISO
9001 certification. ISO 9001 Certification is an ongoing process
that requires biyearly re-certification by ISO 90001 auditors and
ensures the best, and most efficient, manufacturing system to produce
the highest quality at a competitive cost.
We work closely with MSC, from the design process through manufacturing
and delivery to ensure your building exceeds your expectations and
the 12-month warranty guarantees that the building you ordered is
the building you receive.
Using the latest CAD technology, every building is designed with
speed and flexibility incorporating all structural support and code
requirements. The buildings are constructed in a controlled factory
environment so all materials remain dry and secure and there are
no project delays due to weather conditions.
Unlike other modular manufacturers, the manufacturing process employs
a single assembly line consisting of several construction areas
- floors, sidewalls, roofs, etc. Quality, craftsmanship and engineering
are maintained through constant supervision and inspection as the
building moves through the assembly line. From design to delivery,
your factory-built modular building will be completed on time and
per your specifications.
