Permanent Facilities
We can provide permanent facilities in a fraction
of the time needed by conventional construction. Advances in modular
construction allow us to build with concrete and steel as well as
traditional wood construction. Interior and exterior finish levels
provide both bank employees and customers with the same appearance
as a permanent facility, because it is a permanent facility. The
primary difference is that Sommer's Mobile Leasing modular building
solutions are pre - built under strict controls in our manufacturing
facility before they reach your location, which saves you time,
and money, while reducing the chance of error.

InstaBank™ is our complete temporary bank,
delivered to your site within 48 hours or less. To help you comply
with FDP requirements, we maintain an inventory of InstaBanks™
for immediate delivery and installation at the site of your choice.
InstaBank™ is fully equipped with a safe, teller stations,
offices, conference areas, lavatory facilities, and many other important
features that will allow you to conduct banking business in very
short order. Utility connections are the only additional requirement,
and we include assistance as an option in the InstaBank™ package.

We maintain an inventory of mobile banking units
for immediate delivery and hookup to the site of your choice. All
Sommer's Mobile Leasing InstaBank units meet the requirements of
the Federal Disaster Program and include many special features:
- Ruggedly built with an I-beam perimeter frame base
- R-11 Fiberglass insulation provides a comfortable environment
for customers and employees
- Simulated birch wall panels, gypsum ceiling and carpeted floors
add to the attractively finished interior
- All exteriors are either aluminum or wood siding
- All units are pre-wired to NEC standards and carefully inspected
before shipping and after installation
